Gorgeous Swiss custom made case in 18K Solid Yellow Gold. Textured bezel. Brushed back. Cabochon crown. In excellent condition, free of details. Engraved on the back cover with the corresponding gold seal and Swiss gold hallmark.
The watch has been fitted with a brand new, black, genuine leather strap. Size 18. Generic golden buckle.
Very fine, simple and uncluttered silver face dial with thin golden index hands and applied indexes. Model without seconds counter. Superb condition, free of details. Professionally refinished. Signed Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, Swiss.
Ultra slim movement, manual wind. Caliber 1003, a landmark in Vacheron & Constantin's prestige. 17 Jewels. Adjusted to Heat, Cold and Isochronism five (5) positions. In excellent working condition. Engraved with the Geneva Seal. Serial #548046. Circa 1959. Signed Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, Swiss.
