What is your return, exchange & refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original packaging within 10 Days for an exchange or refund. Refunds are less all actual shipping charges. Shipments out of their original boxes, or assembled items will not be accepted for return.
What if an item is damaged during shipment?
We pack items very securely to insure safe arrival. In the event of damage please notify us (within 5 days of arrival). Please save all original packaging. *We are not responsible for damages not reported within 5 days of arrival.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship usually within 2 days after payment is received. Arrival time is generally 3-5 business days.

We ship USPS for most items. If you would like a different method of shipping you must notify us when you submit payment. Please inspect the package for damages when you receive your order. We will ship your order throughout the world through the US Postal Service. Payment is required via Paypal, certified check or money order payable in U.S funds.
